Broadsides & Brews
Discover the beauty of words and art in one inspiring evening as we explore and create a Poetry Broadside. A broadside is a single-page poem that blends literature and visual art, traditionally printed on fine paper and paired with an artistic element to elevate the poem into a meaningful statement. This historic format continues to thrive today through small-press competitions and artist collaborations.
Bring a favorite one-page poem that speaks to you, or write your own during the session, and transform it into a purposeful visual declaration. ArtSpace will provide all materials to enhance your piece, along with 'brews' and lively creative conversation as you work.
