Richard Anuszkiewicz

From our collection, on display in ArtSpace Lobby

Widely recognized as one of the foremost figures of the Op Art movement, he became celebrated for his precise geometric compositions and the dynamic interplay of high-intensity color. Anuszkiewicz explored the perceptual transformations that occur when vibrant hues are placed within rigorously structured forms, most notably through his signature nested square motifs. This series, part of the David Anderson estate, was generously donated by Debra L. Sommers. The complete works are in the ArtSpace/Lima permanent collection.
