VENDOR SPECIFICATIONS FOR
"ONCE UPON A SUNDAY – FESTIVAL FOR THE ARTS" 2007
ArtSpace/LIMA is soliciting concessionaires for its 44th annual "ONCE UPON A SUNDAY" festival for the arts! As in the past, the event will be held at the OSU-Lima/Rhodes State campus.
This year’s festival will be held on Sunday, September 30th, 2007. We will be accepting reservations on a first-come, first-serve basis. Space and power are limited, so please send in your application and payment promptly.
In addition, please note:
Each trailer or booth will occupy one space
Spaces with power/water hook-ups are $ 195.00 each
Spaces with NO hook-ups are $ 145.00 each
Spaces selling beverages must pay an additional $ 25.00 per space
Vendors supply their own tables(s) and extension cord(s)
Set-up will be on Saturday ONLY, September 29th, between 10am and 2pm.
RESERVATION FORMS WITH FULL PAYMENT AND PROOF OF INSURANCE ARE DUE BY AUGUST 31, 2007.
The Food Vendor Chairperson this year will be Barb Cooley, and she will be your contact person after you have submitted your reservation form. However, if you have any questions, please contact Brett Shingledecker, Executive Director at ArtSpace/Lima at 419-222-1721 during the hours of 10am – 5pm Tuesday through Friday. We do have an answering machine if you need to leave a message, or email Brett at:
