AN ARTSPACE UPDATE

06/23/2010

VOLUME 1, NUMBER 2

NOW SHOWING IN ARTZONE

Till mid-July, the ArtZone gallery hosts the works of Amanda Richard's home-schooled art students.  On display are works by 29 students aged 5-12 from eight families.

Amanda Richard has been home-schooling young artists for 6 years.  This is her second annual exhibit in ArtZone.

RALLY 2010 T-SHIRT

When you go to the Rally this Friday night, be sure to pick up a 2010 Rally T-Shirt -- limited edition, stunning white design by Arts Magnet guru, Mike Huffman, on stark black.  $10 bucks.  There has never been a Rally t-shirt before, so this one is bound to be collectible.

ANY DAY NOW

THE PAINTINGS AND DRAWINGS OF

WILLIAM MANCUSO AND MELISSA EDDINGS

JUNE 6 -- JULY 24

Husband and wife duo, Bill Mancuso and Melissa Eddings, mount their first-ever joint exhibition.  Her exacting eye and minimalist reality perfectly complement his whimsical, way-colorful, even surreal vision.  Together, they present a fresh and inviting collection, sure to raise a smile and maybe a nod of recognition.

WHY NOW THIS

NOW THIS is an attempt to fill in the gaps, to update the news about ArtSpace when and as needed, taking full advantage of the instant nature of web communication.

Our plans are for a biweekly, web-only "issue", suitably dated in the HomePage links column (look left).  Link to NOW THIS for the latest information about ArtSpace programming.  And let us know, at artspacelima@woh.rr.com or at 419-222-1721 or in a comment on the Facebook pageif there are things not being covered that you'd like to see.  We'd like NOW THIS to serve a real, nearly real-time, and decidedly user-friendly purpose.
