Artist's Statement

I strive to leave my mark on Western Civilization, drawing on the centuries-old tradition of such great predecessors as Gumbie, Advocat, Mittens Galore, and Ragamuffin, whose perceptions and genius have enriched our world since the time of the ancient Egyptians.  Fully aware of my responsibility to tradition, I nevertheless want to add my own unique vision to the catalogue of great feline art.
